Digital Products
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for digital products (e.g., virtual credit cards, accounts) are only granted in the following cases:
The product is not delivered within 1 business day.
There is a technical issue or error caused by VCCPANDA IO.
Refund requests for issues not related to VCCPANDA IO (e.g., user error, unsupported platforms) will not be processed.
Non-Refundable Products:
Digital products that have been successfully delivered and activated are non-refundable.
Custom or personalized digital solutions are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund:
Submit a request within 7 days of purchase via email to hello@vccpanda.io with your order details and reason for the request.
Our support team will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days.
Physical Products
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is:
Unused and in its original condition.
Returned with all original packaging and documentation.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made physical products.
Items marked as “final sale.”
Refund for Physical Products:
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a VCCPANDA IO error.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Digital Products: Exchanges for digital items may be allowed in cases of technical errors. Contact us for assistance.
Physical Products: Exchanges are available for eligible items. Please contact us at hi@vccpanda.io to initiate an exchange.
Important Notes
Ensure all details provided during purchase are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
For lost or damaged shipments of physical products, contact us immediately for resolution.
